QR Code Generator
Error correction & logo overlay

Choose a higher error-correction level if you plan to add a logo, so the code still scans reliably.

How to use it

  1. Enter the text, URL, or other value to encode.
  2. Set the output size and foreground/background colors.
  3. Choose an error-correction level; use a higher level if you add a logo.
  4. Generate the code and download PNG or SVG, then test that it scans.
What is QR Code Generator?

Generate a customizable QR code from text or a URL and download it as PNG or SVG.

How it works

SiteIndex renders a QR code from your text or URL locally. Choose the output size and foreground/background colors, then download a PNG or vector SVG. The Advanced panel lets you raise error correction and add a center logo to the PNG.

Common uses
  • Generate a QR code for a link, Wi-Fi credential, or contact card.
  • Choose custom brand colors for a digital or printed code.
  • Export SVG for crisp scaling or PNG for everyday sharing.
Limitations
  • Results depend on the browser, network, input, and external service involved.
  • This tool is informational and does not replace specialist diagnostics or professional advice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I export this QR code as SVG?
Yes. Download SVG for a vector QR code that scales cleanly; the optional center logo is included only in the PNG export.
Will adding a logo break the QR code?
A higher error-correction level (Q or H) adds redundancy so the code can still scan with a small center logo. Test the downloaded image at its intended size.
Can I change the QR code colors?
Yes. Set the foreground and background colors before generating. Keep strong contrast so phones can scan the code reliably.
