Use Ovulation Calculator
What does it do?

Explore an estimated ovulation date and fertile window using a regular-cycle calendar assumption.

How does it work?

Estimate the next period by adding cycle length to the last period date, then estimate ovulation 14 days earlier. Show the five days before that date plus the estimated ovulation day.

When to use it
  • Learn how a regular-cycle calendar estimates ovulation.
  • Explore how cycle length shifts an estimated window.
  • Prepare questions about cycle tracking for a healthcare professional.
